At some point, life is going to throw a curveball. We can’t avoid difficult circumstances but we don’t have to get stuck in an old reoccurring narrative. Talking about your pain is vulnerable but it is also an act of courage. Therapy is a uniquely powerful way to work through suffering, explore your hopes, address your fears, and build greater understanding and compassion for yourself and the world around you.
The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.
