Fees

I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation for you to ask any questions or to see if we would be a good fit.

My rate is $160. for a 55 minute session. Group and workshop rates vary by offering. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) sessions are available as a 1-3 session package or within the scope of regular counseling. If you are interested in short term ART work, let me know when contacting for services.

My current sliding scale slots are full except for SIMS Foundation clients. If you are seeking counseling on a sliding scale, I am happy to assist you in finding these resources.

I accept cash, checks, HSA/FSA, and credit cards. I currently take United Healthcare PPO/Optum and some 2025 marketplace United EPO and Oscar EPO plans,Aetna PPO, and BCBS PPO/HMO insurance.
